Sprout Fiber Internet helps Ethos Craft Brewing tap into success.
Sprout recently visited Paul White at Ethos Craft Brewing in Cullman to learn more about why he chose Sprout as their internet service provider.
Sprout: Before the opening of the brewery in late 2024, we sat down with you to talk about your business needs and the first thing was to ensure that your business and your customers have a great Wi-Fi experience. What else was important to you in choosing a business solutions partner?
Paul: Yes, the first thing I wanted was a powerful Wi-Fi connection inside and outside. I was also looking for a personal connection which is not always easy to find nowadays. Sprout listened to my concerns, and issues, and designed custom-tailored solutions specific to my
business. Sprout is responsive. They answer the phone. And, if I need something, they instantly hear my concerns and do what needs to be done.
Sprout: What has Sprout meant to your business as you were getting up and running?
Paul: Our partnership has meant a lot! Having dedicated fiber is a big deal for us to be able to monitor the brewery
tanks remotely using a proprietary system. I don’t have to worry about it going down which is crucial to our business and gives me peace of mind. The tanks and point-of-sale system are the lifeblood of our business so always having a connection is critical. On top of that, we have eight TV’s streaming shows and sports all the time and there have been no delays or buffering. Our Sprout service has been monumental to our business.
Sprout: How was working with the sales team during the setup process?
Paul: The setup was easy and we didn’t have to worry about anything. They came in and told us where the best spots are for router placement, which is a big deal when you have a 15,000 SF building. The setup has been perfect.
Sprout: As a business owner, has it helped knowing you have a team of people locally that can respond to anything you need for support?
Paul: It’s huge because I don’t have the time to deal with technical issues. I don’t have the know-how to deal with it. Having local people available to us is huge. I’m not an IT guy and I have a million other things to worry about, so it’s been very easy working with the Sprout team.
